The project was initiated by a Business Analyst (BA) who thoroughly comprehended the client’s requirements and suggested enhancements to their initial vision. Once all client requirements were finalized, the project was handed over to a team with a comprehensive understanding of the entire product development process. The project employed Agile and Scrum methodologies for development.
Technology Stack
The application was crafted using the MEAN Stack and implemented a scalable Microservices architecture, leveraging Amazon DynamoDB. Additionally, a patient-centric Android and iOS application was developed.
Collaboration & Communication
Project communication primarily occurred through email, Slack, and GoToMeeting, while collaboration was facilitated using Trello.
